                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
                   EXECUTE THE MAINTENANCE OF STATE HIGHWAYS
                   THROUGH CITIES CONTRACT WITH THE TENNESSEE
                   DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FOR THE FISCAL
                   YEAR 1994-95.

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to execute the Maintenance of State Highways Through Cities
       Contract with the Tennessee Department of Transportation for the
       fiscal year 1994-95.
